Automatic Withdrawal Form

Due to the number of individuals at Greenwood Community Church (GCC) who asked for ways to contribute to GCC without having to write a check and drop it in the offering plate each month, we are now providing Auto Draft. This free service is designed for individuals who contribute the same amount every month and want to have a specific amount withdrawn automatically from their checking account either once or twice a month.

You can specify an amount to be withdrawn the 7th and/or 21st of each month.  You can donate to the General Fund or the the Celebrating God's Faithfulness debt retirement campaign.  Contact Michelle Kopec, Church Business Administrator, if you would like to have funds regularly designated to something else.

Click to Download Withdrawal FormPlease download and fill out the application form by clicking here.  Upon completing the form, you will need to return it to the church either by mail or in person.  For a variety of security reasons, we are not currently able to offer this form to be filled out and returned on-line.  You must download it and print it.
