Adult Ministry

The Adult Education programs are an integral part of the Greenwood Community Church community life. Fellowship classes are offered on Sunday mornings and are scheduled during our normal Sunday service times. In this way, attending both an education class and a Sunday worship service is possible.

Typically, these classes offer interaction, study, and fellowship with application to our daily living during the week. We are blessed to have these classes led by a pastor, an elder, or someone from the body of Greenwood who has come forward to take a leadership role. Check the Sunday Bulletin and the GCC Calendar for information about current classes.

Frequently, there are classes that are focused on dealing with the individual and their strengths and weaknesses. Classes and seminars include: dealing with marriage and family, support groups, addiction recovery, personal financial planning, and other topics that can be helpful to our congregation, their families, and friends.

The Mission of Adult Ministries:

To seek to cooperate with God (Father, Son, and Spirit) as He accomplishes His transforming work in the lives of adults at Greenwood Community Church.
