GCC Singles is scheduled for May 17th for planting of flowers for the Extreme Community Project. I chose the 9:00 a.m. time slot due to possible heat, etc.. Bring any small shovels, spades, diggers, etc for use in the planting. Everyone may want to put your name on whatever tools that you bring, just in case someone else happens to use them. I will let you know anything else that we may need to know as I learn about it.
I hope we have a good turnout of volunteers and enjoy being involved in helping others to make a small difference in a bit of a depressed area right here in Denver. After the flowers are planted, we need to pray for rain!!
FYI - I"ll be taking a break from our singles group for a while. I hope you will continue your support by your attendance and participation.
