Informational Meeting: Sunday, January 11th, 12:15 – 1:15 p.m.

Travel to Uganda to build relationships with the Musana community (musana.org). Learn how Musana’s model works in practice, and join alongside the Ugandan team who are already doing the work to create change in their communities! This is not a typical mission trip where participants roll up their sleeves to do the hard work for others. We are invited to join them in what is already happening at Musana: projects that local staff and students are already successfully leading. While there, we will visit Musana’s schools, hospitals, and other social enterprises to learn, observe, and encourage local change-makers. Families are welcomed (minimum age: 8 years old).

– Women’s Group Lessons/Devotionals

– Time with the Teen Mom Ministry (devotionals, worship, spa day)

– Shadow an Older Student

– Trash Clean Up

– Serve Breakfast or Lunch at Musana’s Primary School

– Attend Vocational Classes

– Help with Nursery Kids (play-dough, painting, chalk, parachute games)

– Yard Games with Primary and Upper School Kids

– Busei Women’s Village Group

– Day in Jinja/Meal/Shopping/Nile boat cruise
