Plan to join us at YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park over Labor Day Weekend (Friday evening through Sunday morning) for a whole-church getaway. We will enjoy time fellowshipping and worshipping together at this beautiful location just an hour and half away (perhaps a little longer if driving up Friday night). The weekend will include a band and special speakers. Even if you can’t make it for the whole weekend, please join us for Sunday morning worship at that location only. Register below today!

What’s Included:

Greenwood’s rooming package includes accommodations plus breakfast and dinner each day, beginning with dinner the day of arrival and ending with breakfast on departure. Lunches are available for purchase but are not included in the lodge room package.  On-site complimentary recreation includes miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, indoor swimming, hiking trails, playgrounds, library, and many family programs.  Archery, mountain bike rentals, and craft projects are available on-site for a fee.

Rates vary based on the type of room you reserve and number in your party as the fees include meals. For any children age 6-12 years staying in the room with a parent, meal prices for children will be added to your reservation prior to arrival. Child meal prices 2024-2025 season ages 6-12 years: Breakfast – $7.50, Dinner – $14.50. Children 5 and under: no charge. In your YMCA room reservation, for children age 6-12 years staying in the room with a parent, include in the “Comment” section the names of children and their ages.

• Single Adult Rainbow Lodge: $445
  GCC Retreat Fee ($20) + single room for two nights in the Rainbow Lodge including dinner Friday night, breakfast and dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday and site activities for one person ($425*)
• Couple Rainbow Lodge: $540
  GCC Retreat Fee ($40) + room for two adults for two nights including dinner Friday night, breakfast and dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday and site activities for two adults ($500*)
• Couple Rams Horn Lodge: $645
  GCC Retreat Fee ($40) + room for two adults for two nights including dinner Friday night, breakfast and dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday and site activities for two adults ($605)
• Family Rainbow Lodge: $695
  GCC Retreat Fee ($60) + room for two adults and three kids including dinner Friday night, breakfast and dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday and site activities for the family ($635*)
• Family Rams Horn Lodge: $800
  GCC Retreat Fee ($60) + room for up to two adults and three kids including dinner Friday night, breakfast and dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday and site activities for the family ($740*)

(Note: Rams Horn Lodge has an optional sleeping pad for a 5th person; Rainbow Lodge has some bunks to sleep up to 6; meals for kids 13 and older are billed at the adult meal rate.)

*Lodging reservations and a 35% deposit must be made directly with the YMCA by attendees. Your GCC Retreat Registration will be followed with YMCA reservation details for access to the GCC group rate and the accompanying YMCA facility use. If you would like to stay beyond the dates of our group’s stay, please make your reservation on-line first for the dates of the GCC Retreat and then call YMCA Central Reservations your reservation number to add the additional nights to your existing reservation.
