Greenwood Missions comes alongside God’s beautiful kingdom work of rescue and restoration in a lost and broken world.  We aim to be a catalyst to help awaken peoples’ hearts towards God’s heart for others and the world. We do this by living out our faith where we live, work and play. We also have the privilege of partnering with phenomenal ministries locally and globally, serving with them in myriad ways, including mission trips.  Let us help you take a step into being a part of God’s beautiful kingdom work.

Family Promise

Family Promise provides housing and food for families that are struggling with homelessness. Greenwood Community Church is partnering with Family Promise this summer and offering many opportunities to make a difference in the lives of these families.

CrossPurpose

CrossPurpose is a non-profit located in northeast Denver, serving to abolish relational, economic, and spiritual poverty. The Ally program is a group of dedicated volunteers who support Leaders (participants) to achieve long-term success through the CrossPurpose program. Allies provide professional mentorship, networking opportunities, and friendships to empower these Leaders to thrive personally and professionally. Every Wednesday night from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Leaders, Allies, and Staff enjoy an evening filled with dinner, games, and small groups. As an Ally, this is your primary opportunity to initiate and build meaningful relationships, provide professional support, and learn from the other Leaders and Allies’ stories and experiences in your small group. The Ally commitment begins in October and ends with graduation in April.

Homes of Hope | YWAM (Mexico)

YWAM Homes of Hope is unable to build homes for Mexican families in need at this time. Due to the “shelter-in-place” order for April and May, many families are out of work and in desperate need of food. The local government of Ensenada has given YWAM a list of families who need food.  They are now putting together boxes of food and delivering them with prayers during these difficult times.  If you are interested in giving towards this, please click the button below. Musana (Uganda)

Musana’s vision is to see rural communities in Uganda develop using sustainable solutions that give hope and dignity to the most vulnerable. Due to the global pandemic in this ‘hand-to-mouth’ economy, thousands are at risk of losing hope and dignity.
